PokeDates takes advantage of services used by the app, which makes public locations like parks and subway stations the so-called “Pokestops” that attract users to gather and “catch ‘em all.” So, the team behind PokeDates, Project Fixup, decided to take the friendships they witnessed among Pokemon hunters and take them a step further.

Pokemon Go users must first share their profiles and daily schedules with the website, and then leave it up to the experts to match the couples based on their availability and location. According to data gather by Project Fixup, the website has already garnered more than 2,100 sign-ups in the US.
