The film focuses on the assassination of the heir of the fashion brand Mauricio Gucci (Adam Driver), which was ordered by his ex-wife Patricia Reggiani (Lady Gaga).

“The Gucci family maintains the right to take any initiative in order to protect its name and image, as well as that of close associates,” mentions the letter signed by the heirs of the brand’s founder Aldo Gucci (1905-1990), which was published by the Italian news agency ANSA.
